Melbourne-based Stamoulis Property Group engaged K Media to build a brand and marketing strategy to drive the sales success of Ari, a 21-level boutique beachfront building in Main Beach.

K Media’s graphic design team developed a bespoke brand and all creative assets, working closely with the client at each step of the process. With the brand signed off, the team prepared all marketing assets required for launch including the website, hoarding, brochures, online listing profiles, press release, social media paid and organic campaign, and email marketing.

Ari launched to market in early 2023, sold exclusively by Kollosche New Projects.
