The Brief
Prestige property agency Kollosche was engaged to sell this stunning beach house which had been listed for sale with multiple agencies over a two-year period. The vendor entrusted Kollosche and K Media Group to drive a fresh marketing campaign.
The Strategy
K Media Group worked with the agent and their vendor to utilise as many existing creative assets as possible, with fresh copywriting and design presenting the property to a prestige standard. A comprehensive marketing campaign included print, digital and social media marketing to expose the property to the widest possible audience to build competitive tension at the scheduled auction.
The Outcome
The campaign yielded 90 enquiries over 44 days, 7 private inspections, and a winning bid of $9,100,000 under the hammer.
